The 2017- 2018 whale watching season begins in the Chañaral Island, the Atacama Region of Chile, which is the main reason to celebrate along the community of Chañaral de Aceituno, spending a day out in nature and holding the arrival of these huge mammals.
Every year, whales migrate thousands of miles from tropical places, in which mating occurs, to the cold seas of South America or the Artic. The purpose of this journey is the search of seas rich in food.
